Most people never consciously choose their style — they fall into it by accident, shaped by what’s available, what’s on sale, and what everyone else is wearing. This 30-day plan changes that.
Week 1: Observe
Don’t buy anything. Just pay attention. Take a photo of your outfit every day. At the end of the week, look at the seven photos. What do you actually wear? Not what you wish you wore — what you reach for. That’s your real style baseline.
Week 2: Collect
Create a private Pinterest board or folder of saved images. Not outfits you think you should like — outfits that make you feel something. After a week, look for patterns. Are you drawn to structure or softness? Color or neutrals? Your board tells the truth about your taste.
Week 3: Experiment
Try one outfit per day inspired by your collection board. Borrow, don’t buy — use what you have or try things on in stores. The goal isn’t to build a wardrobe yet. It’s to discover what feels right on your body, not just on a screen.
Week 4: Edit
Remove anything from your closet that doesn’t align with what you discovered. Donate it. Your wardrobe should now contain only things you genuinely want to wear. This is your style — not someone else’s.
